Norfolk - Mrs. Effie Buffalo, 67, who died March 27 in Brooklyn, will receive 
final rites Sunday at 2 p.m. at First Baptist, Campostella.

The Rev. R. L. Harris, First Baptist pastor, will officiate at the service.  
Burial will be in Mt. Olive Cemetery under direction of Fitchett Funeral Home.

A native of Jackson, NC, Mrs. Buffalo was a member of Mt. Sinai Baptist Church 
in Brooklyn.

Her survivors include a son, William Buffalo of Norfolk;  six daughters, Mrs. 
Magnolia Felton, Mrs. Rebecca Haley, Mrs. Christine Nevery and Mrs. Frances 
Felton of Brooklyn, Mrs. Mary Bines of East Orange, NJ,  and Mrs. Emma Cooper of 
Rocky Mount, NC and three brothers, the Rev. Robert Harris of Newport News, the 
Rev. Eddie Harris of East Orange and Elijah Harris of Orange, NJ.
