Virginian-Pilot October 15, 1964
NORFOLK — Miss Rebecca Frances Bugg, of 1309 Westover Ave., died in a hospital 
Wednesday at 8:50 p.m.
She was born in Norfolk, a daughter of William Palmer and Mrs. Sallie Preston 
Bugg.
Surviving are two brothers, Robert Gibson Bugg of Norfolk and Richard A. Bugg of 
Virginia Beach.
The body will be taken from Cox Funeral Home to Elmwood Cemetery for a funeral 
service Friday at 12:30 pm. by the Rev. Herbert H. Smith Jr. of Christ and St. 
Luke’s Episcopal Church.
