Ledger-Dispatch January 20, 1959
William Palmer Bugg, Jr. – Funeral services for Mr. Bugg, who died Sunday in a 
Norfolk hospital, were conducted at the Cox Funeral Home today at 2 p.m. Chaplain 
Herbert Dumstrey, USN (Ret.), officiated. The pallbearers were John Holt, John F. 
Edney, Norman F. Bishop, Arthur M. Pond, W. J. Phillips and Alton B. Laine. 
Interment was in Elmwood Cemetery.
