The Norfolk Landmark April 25, 1893

BURBIDGE - At the residence of Captain J.N. Borden, Chesapeake Avenue, South 
Norfolk, Monday evening, April 24th, ANNIE E. BURBIDGE, aged 30 years.
The funeral will take place from the Chestnut Street M.E. Church, Berkley, 
TOMORROW (Wednesday)MORNING, April 26th at 10 o'clock. Friends and acquaintances 
invited to attend.

The funeral services of Miss Anne E. Burbidge were conducted yesterday morning 
at 10 o'clock at the Chestnut Street M.E. Church by the pastor, the Rev. George 
W. Wray. The following gentlemen acted as pallbearers: G.T. Tilley, S.L. 
Spratley, W.L. Berkley, O.R. Diggs, W.B. Dougherty and O.L Windsor. Her remains 
were interred in Magnolia Cemetery.
