BURGESS, NETTIE SIBLEY — At the residence of her daughter, Mrs. R. G. Carter, 6012 
Sewells Point Road, Tuesday, March 5, 1940, at 3 o’clock a.m., MRS. NETTIE SIBLEY 
BURGESS, widow of John Gatha Burgess, aged 64 years. Funeral services will be 
conducted at the Ewell & Williamson Funeral Home, Thirty-fifth street at Colonial 
avenue, THIS (Thursday) AFTERNOON, March 7, 1940, at 3 o’clock. Friends of the 
family are invited to attend. Interment, Elmwood Cemetery.

Additional Comments:
Sebley is her maiden name, not Sibley.
