Burlas, Sr., 60, husband of Mrs. Kate Acra Burlas and son of Louis W. and Mrs. Margaret Daugherty Burlas, a lifelong resident of Norfolk, died yesterday at 4:15 a.m. at the residence, 1318 Marion Street. Mr. Burlas, proprietor of the Tidewater Cleaners, was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, of the Holy Name Society and of Norfolk Lodge No. 38, B.P.O. Elks. Besides his wife, Mrs. Kate Acra Burlas, he is survived by two sons, Louis Acra Burlas and Napoleon B. Burlas, Jr. and five grandchildren, of Norfolk; two brothers, Louis James Burlas, of Norfolk and Joseph Earl Burlas, of South Norfolk; two sisters, Mrs. E.M. McCourt, of Manoa, Pa. and Mrs. T.J. Heppel, Sr., of Norfolk. The body will be taken from the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, for funeral services Friday at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Rosary services will be held at the funeral apartments, tonight at 7:30 o'clock. **************************************************************************** Napoleon B.
