BURLAS, LOUIS JAMES, SR. – At the residence, 428 West 20th Street, Friday, 
November 8th, 1963, at 11 a.m., LOUIS JAMES (“BUCK”) BURLAS, SR., husband of Mrs. 
Bessie Cooke Burlas and son of the late Louis N. and Mrs. Margaret Dougherty 
Burlas, in the 65th year of his age. Remains will be taken from the H.D. Oliver 
Funeral Apartments to Sacred Heart Catholic Church for a funeral service MONDAY 
MORNING at 10:30 o’clock. Friends of the family are invited to attend. Interment, 
Elmwood Cemetery.
