With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol W. Burlingame of Norfolk, 
Virginia, who passed away on October 25, 2023. Leave a sympathy message to the 
family on the memorial page of Carol W. Burlingame to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wilbon and Ann Wilbon; her brother James 
P. Wilbon; and her stepbrother William P. Rampey. She is survived by: her husband 
Donald “Don” Burlingame; her siblings, Claire Grabow, Catherine Evancik and John 
B. Wilbon, Jr.; and her son Brendan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to an Alzheimer's organization 
of your choice to help find a cure.
