Ocean Ave., died Monday in Jacksonville, Fla. She was a native of Glasgow, Scotland, and the widow of Joseph Burns. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Survivors include a son, Robert Patrick Burns of Norfolk; a brother, Patrick Flynn of Scotland; and two granddaughters. A Mass of the Resurrection will be offered at 10 a.m. Friday in Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Entombment will be in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery Mausoleum. A rosary and prayer service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Thursday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel. Memorial donations may be sent to Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
