P. Burrow, one of Norfolk's best known and highly respected citizens, passed away at his home, No. 279 Freemason street, Saturday evening, after a brief illness, in the 65th year of his age. He is survived by a widow and two sons, Captain V. C. Burrow and Mr. Walter D. Burrow. The funeral took place privately from the residence at 10 o'clock yesterday morning, and was conducted by Rev. Father Drake, of the Sacred Heart Catholic church. The interment was in St. Mary's cemetery. Following were the pallbearers: Messrs. Peter Smith, N. Burruss, H. B. Bagnall, L. H. Davis, Washington Taylor, Fred Bryan, Walter F. Smiley and A. Myers.
