Norfolk Journal and Guide, Jan 31,1970
Norfolk - Calvin Bynum, 15, of 7029 Gregory drive, recently died in a local 
hospital after a short illness.

Final rites were held for Mr. Bynum in Hale Funeral Chapel Jan. 25.  The Rev. 
William Butts, pastor of rose of Sharon Baptist Church, officiated.

A native of Norfolk, he was the son of Joe and Mrs. Dorothy P. Bynum.

He was a student at Jacox Junior High School.

Burial was in Calvary Cemetery.
