NORFOLK - Beatrice Virginia Caine, of the 700 block of Fauquier St., died March 
5, 1989, in a hospital.

Mrs. Caine, a native of Union, S.C., was a member of St. Mark United Church of 
Christ. She also was a member of Elizabeth Chapter 34, Order of the Easter Star.

Survivors include her husband, McKinley Caine, and a brother, Curtis Sims of 
Union.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in St. Mark United Church of 
Christ by the Rev. Thomas Hart. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. There will 
be a wake at 7 p.m. Friday in Chatman Funeral Home. Friends may join the family 
at the residence. The body will be placed in the church at 11 a.m. Saturday.
