NORFOLK - Cynthia E. "CC" Caldwell , 57, of the 100 block of Cromwell Pkwy., 
passed away April 24, 2007. She was born July 7, 1949, in Norfolk and was a 
graduate of Booker T. Washington High School. She was a member of Apostolic Soul 
Saving Church, Norfolk. She was also a member of the Esther Chapter No. 10 - 
Order of Eastern Star and the Ordinary People Social and Savings Club. She 
retired from Hillhaven Convalescent Center in 1991 serving 19 years as a 
certified nurses assistant. 

She leaves to cherish her memory two sisters, Elaine Fennell (Curtis) and Helena 
Winters, both of Norfolk; four brothers, Johnnie R. Caldwell (Jackie) and 
Erskine Caldwell , both of Norfolk, Junius Caldwell (Avis) of Virginia Beach and 
Sidney Caldwell (Robin) of Charlotte, N.C.; one aunt, Dorothy Moore of Orlando, 
Fla.; three uncles, Jason Robertson Jr. and Junius Bagby, both of Norfolk and 
Victor Caldwell of Charlotte, N.C.; and a host of other relatives and friends. 

A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Metropolitan Funeral 
Service, 7246 Granby St. The Rev. Christopher Smith will officiate. Interment 
will be in Calvary Cemetery, Norfolk. Family and friends will assemble at the 
chapel for the service. Viewing will be from 1 to 6 p.m. with the family 
receiving friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Condolences may
