Norfolk Virginian, February 10, 1866
DIED on Friday morning, the 9th instant, after a long illness, Mr. WILLIAM 
CALLIS, in the 55th year of his age.

An humble Christian, a patient sufferer, he died in full assurance of rest in 
heaven.

His funeral will take place from his late residence on Cumberland Street, on 
Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock. His friends are invited to attend without 
further notice.
