CANNON, BERTHA EDITH – At her residence, 1009 Colonial Avenue, Apartment 6, Friday 
night, July 31, 1953, at 11:15 o’clock, MISS BERTHA EDITH CANNON, daughter of the 
late George W. and Mrs. Kate Manby Cannon. Funeral services will be conducted at 
the Cox Funeral Home, 631 Westover Avenue, corner of Manteo Street, MONDAY at a 
time to be announced. Interment, Elmwood Cemetery.
