NORFOLK — Miss Mary Teresa Cannon, 74, of 938 W. Princess Anne Road, a retired 
registered nurse at DePaul Hospital, died Saturday in a hospital.

A native of New Bern, N.C., she was a daughter of John and Mrs. Mary Catherine 
Waters Cannon. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

She is survived by a sister, Mrs. A. P. Dixon of New Bern.

The Office of the Dead will be recited Monday at 8:20 p.m. in H. D. Oliver Funeral 
Apartments.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. in Sacred Heart Catholic Church. 
Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
