NORFOLK – Funeral services for Mrs. Lottie Parlee Capps, who died Tuesday, were 
conducted at the grave in Elmwood Cemetery yesterday at 3 p.m. by the Rev. Harold 
A. Malmborg, D.D., pastor of the Freemason Street Baptist Church.
