Dorothy M. Capps, of the 1800 block of Princeton Ave., died July 9, 2004, in
Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. Born in Princess Anne County, she was the
widow of Russell Capps and a member of Gideons Fellowship Church.
She is survived by her special nephew, Stanley Taylor Sr. and wife Rosa Taylor
of Norfolk; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home
Chapel with Bishop Anthony E. Moses presiding. Burial will be at Calvary
Cemetery. The remains will be ready for viewing from 3:30 to 8 p.m. Monday. The
family will assemble at the residence at 10 a.m. for the
