Royal, Canada, for 39 years. Mr. Capps was a member of the Freemason Street Baptist Church. Surviving are one daughter, Miss Margaret Clarissa Capps of Mt. Royal, Canada; one sister, Mrs. A. C. Weaver of Norfolk; one brother, W. T. Capps of Baltimore, Baltimore, Md; one half brother, J. Talbot Capps of Kinston, N.C.; and nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at the Ewell and Williamson Funeral Home Thursday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery. and nephews.
