Virginian Pilot March 28, 1909

John, the infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Linn Capps, died at the home of his parents 
Friday, aged 16 months. The funeral was held from the residence, 799 Church 
Street, yesterday, and was conducted by Rev. T.J. Taylor of the Queen Street 
Methodist Church.  Interment in Elmwood Cemetery.
