Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Tuesday, March 4, 2003
Bernard Card, of the 8500 block of Providence Road, died March 1, 2003 in 
Philadelphia. 

Survivors include his mother, Helen Card of Virginia Beach; a sister, Denise 
Card of Chesapeake; and a host of other relatives and friends. 

A graveside service will be held Thursday at noon in Calvary Cemetery by Bishop 
Anthony Moses. The remains will be ready for viewing Wednesday from 3:30 to 8 
p.m. The family will assemble at the cemetery at 11:45 a.m. for the service. 
Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, www.carlosahowardfuneralhome.com, 
is in charge.
