Virginian Pilot November 29, 1981

Margaret Elizabeth Carey, 79, of 1356 Penguin Circle, a native of Norfolk, died 
Friday in a hospital.
She was retired from Nicholson-Marks Dress Shop and was a member of Star of the 
Sea Catholic Church.
Survivors include a sister, Virginia C. Coffman of Virginia Beach; and a niece, 
Mary Stuart Coffman of Williamsburg.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday in Star of the Sea Catholic 
Church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, with H.D. Oliver Funeral 
Apartments, Laskin Road, in charge.

CAREY, MISS MARGARET ELIZABETH — In a local hospital Friday. MISS MARGARET 
ELIZABETH CAREY, daughter of the late Louis Vincent and Mrs. Margaret Barrett 
Carey, in the 80th year of her age. The body will be taken from H.D. Oliver 
Funeral Apartments, Laskin Rd., to Star of the Sea Catholic Church for services 
today at 10:00 a m. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
