Virginian-Pilot June 22, 1946
Mrs. Emma Louise Carey – Funeral services for Mrs. Carey, widow of T. J. Carey, 
who died Thursday night at a local hospital, will be held at the chapel of the H. 
D. Oliver Funeral Apartments today at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Taylor Willis, D.D., 
rector of Christ and St. Luke’s Church, officiating. Interment will be in Elmwood 
Cemetery.
