NORFOLK — Theresa R. Carlo, 81, of 4915 Killam Ave., the widow of John Carlo and a 
native of Ancona, Italy, died Wednesday in her home.

She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Jennie C. Sokol of North Carolina; three sons, 
Julius Carlo and B.J. Carlo of Norfolk and Vincent J. Carlo of Portsmouth; a 
brother, Augusta Romeo of Norfolk; and six grandchildren.

A funeral Mass will be offered at 10 a.m. Saturday in Blessed Sacrament Catholic 
Church by the Rev. Thomas B. Nee. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery with H.D. 
Oliver Funeral Apartments in charge. The family will be at 5749 Don Drive, 
Norfolk.
