Carmine, 75, of 1009 Colonial Ave., died Monday at 5:45 a.m. in a hospital. A self-employed accountant, he was a son of David and Mrs. Margaret Fentress Carmine. He was a lifelong resident of Norfolk. He is survived only by nieces and nephews. He was a veteran of World War I. A funeral service will be held in H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments Wednesday at 11 a.m. by the Rev. C. Fred Williams of First Methodist Church. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
