Norfolk Ledger-Dispatch June 25, 1924
CARNEY – At his residence, 116 Holly street, Riverview, Tuesday afternoon, June 
24, 1924, at 2:15 o’clock, LEVI LEE CARNEY, son of the late B. F. and Mrs. 
Jeannette Taylor Carney, aged 55 years, 9 months and 3 days.
Funeral services from the Freemason Street Baptist church, THURSDAY AFTERNOON, 
June 26, at 2 o’clock. Friends of the family invited to attend. Interment, Cedar 
Grove cemetery.


Additional Comments:
He was buried in Elmwood Cemetery.
