She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lucius Wilson, and a native of Norfolk. She was a member of the Eastern Star, Elks Temple No. 1-A, St. Mark’s Lodge, and the First Baptist Church on Bute street. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Magdelin Harper of Norfolk and Mrs. Blanche Stancil of Baltimore; two sons, Clarence Carnick of Norfolk and Thomas Carnick of Baltimore; two sisters, Mrs. Eva Glasgow of Detroit, Mich; and Mrs. Alee Walker of Philadelphia, and 22 grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church, Bute street, by the Rev. E. Paul Sims, pastor. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, with Hale and Co. Funeral Home in charge.
