Last rites for Charles Carr, 39, of 807 Smith Street, who died at his home 
April 14, was held at Hale's Chapel april 16 with the Rev. J. Jasper Freeman 
officiating. Born in North Carolina, he had lived here 10 years. His mother, 
living in Philadelphia, and other relatives survive. Interment was in Calvary 
Cemetery.

Per death certificate: name is Charlie Carr and sometimes known as Charlie 
Jewette
