VIRGINIA BEACH-Mrs. Anna Elizabeth Trosch Carr, 87, of 1349 Lakeside Road, the 
widow of James Michael Carr and a native of Wheeling, W.Va., died Wednesday in a 
hospital.

She was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church, Norfolk.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Alma Carr Bernhart and Mrs. Anna Carr Ingram 
of Virginia Beach; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

The body was taken to Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel. A funeral 
will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery by the Rev. Fr. 
J. Michael Breslin. The family will be at her home. Memorial donations may be made 
to the Heart Fund.
