CARTER, MRS. DOROTHY URQUHART – In a Norfolk hospital, Saturday, MRS. DOROTHY 
URQUHART CARTER, wife of Cecil M. Carter and daughter of the late Walter M. and 
Mrs. Sallie White Cox Urquhart, in the 79th year of her age. A graveside service 
will be held on Tuesday at 2 p.m. in Elmwood Cemetery. H. D. Oliver Funeral Apts., 
Norfolk, has charge. The family will be at 6308 Richmond Place, Norfolk, Va.
