NORFOLK — Funeral services for William Danbrooke Carter Jr., who died Friday, were 
conducted at the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments yesterday at noon by the Rev. 
Norman T. Slater, rector of the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd, 
Meadowbrook. Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery. Pallbearers were R. C. McDaniel, 
James Brock Jr., Pat Arnoux, J. E. Dunn, B. J. Lunring and Benjamin Dawson.
