Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Tuesday, February 19, 1991
Willie B. Carter of the 2800 block of Myrtle Ave., a licensed practical nurse, 
died Feb. 17, 1991, in a hospital. 

A native of Washington, D.C., she was a member of First Baptist Church Bute 
Street, Order of Eastern Star 101 and Tents Star of the East 6. 

Survivors include a sister, Helen B. Whitehurst of Norfolk, and two 
grandchildren. 

The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in First Baptist Church Bute 
Street by the Rev. Robert Murray. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Friends 
may join the family Wednesday at the residence. The body will be placed in the 
church at 11 a.m. Thursday. Graves Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
