Norfolk - Mrs. Sarah Cartwright of 2326 Reservoir avenue, who died April 1 in a
hospital, received funeral rites Tuesday in New Calvary Baptist Church and was
buried in Calvary Cemetery with Hale Funeral Home in charge.

The Norfolk native was the widow of Clennie Cartwright and daughter of George
Ward and Mrs. Mary L. Ward.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Mary Frances Myrick, and a sister, Mrs. Edith D.
Daniels, both of Norfolk.
