Mrs. Geneva Carvin

Funeral rites for Mrs. Geneva Carvin, blind resident of 815 Brighton street, who
died Sunday, Oct. 5 in a local hospital, were held Thursday afternoon at
Grogan’s Funeral Chapel.  Interment took place in Mt. Olive Cemetery.

Mrs. Carvin was the daughter of the late James and Martha Hill.  She is survived
by an uncle, William Hill; aunt, Mrs. Clara Robertson;  eight cousins, Mrs.
Fannie Mitchell, Mrs. Eloise Reid, Prof. J. H. Carey, Richard Carey, James
Carey, Mrs. Beatrice Perry, Vernon Bolding of Philadelphia, Johnnie Drew, of
Washington, DC, and other relatives.
