The venerable Mrs. Hannah Cashin, wife of Mr. Martin Cashin, who passed away at 
her home, No. 462 Church street, at 9:45 p.m. Wednesday, in the 68th year of her 
age, had resided in this city for 45 years, and was well known and highly esteemed 
by a large circle of friends and acquaintances, who will learn with sorrow of her 
demise. She is survived by a husband, two daughters and one son, Mr. John W. 
Cashin, and a sister, Mrs. Margaret Corcoran, of New York, who arrived yesterday 
to attend the funeral. The obsequies will be held from St. Mary's Catholic Church, 
of which the deceased was a devout and constant member, at 10 o’clock this 
morning.
