Cleveland’s Time FUNERAL SERVICES TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY John C. Cashin, formerly a member of the City Council, died yesterday morning at his home, 2601 Granby street, after an illness of several weeks. He was 61 years old. Mr. Cashin was a native of Norfolk and was the son of the late Michael and Catherine Cashin. His wife, who was Miss Cecilia Frioli, of Portsmouth, died several years ago. During the administration of Grover Cleveland, Mr. Cashin was foreman of the construction department of the navy yard. For some time he had been in business with his brother, M. T. Cashin, metal dealer. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Elks and Hibernians. I Mr. Cashin is survived by a daughter, Miss Cecilia Frioli Cashin; two sisters, Mrs. John E. Milan and Miss Annie E. Cashin; and two brothers, M. T. Cashln and T. M. Cashin, all of Norfolk. The funeral will take place at 10 o'clock Tuesday morning at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Monsignor O'Farrell and other priests will conduct the services. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
