Mrs. Willie Anne Cason, 63, of 6805 Glenoak drive died at a local hospital 
at 9 a.m. on April 28. A native of Norfolk, Mrs. Cason was a member of the 
Phyllis Wheatley Circle and the United Order of Tents.

Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Ruth Smith, Mrs. Mildred C. Gardner, Mrs. 
Norma Elliott and Miss Jean Cason of Norfolk; one son, Fred. W. Cason of 
Andrews AFB, Washington; one brother, Wilfred Pender of Norfolk; four 
sisters, Mrs. Pauline Smith, New York, Mrs. Martha Smith, Mrs. Mamie Smith 
and Mrs. Fannie Edwards of Norfolk.

Funeral services were held Sunday, May 1, at St. John AME Church by the Rev. 
W. L. Hildebrand. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery, in the family plot. B. F. 
King Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
