The Virginian-Pilot (Norfolk Va) Sunday, Oct. 11, 1964
Mrs. Edith Grant Caudle, 52, widow of Charles Caudle and daughter of Walter R 
and Mrs. Lennie Hyslop Grant, died in Valdese (NC) hospital Friday.
A native of Norfolk she lived in Valdese 10 years. She was a social worker at 
Valdese Hospital and a Methodist.
She is survived by an uncle, R. Kelly Grant of Rich Square, N.C.
The body will be taken from Holomon-Brown Funeral Home to Magnolia Cemetery for 
a funeral service Monday at 11:30 a.m. conducted by the Rev. Beverly Tucker 
White of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church.
