Gloria C. Hangka, age 91, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, passed away on Sunday, 
April 30, 2023.
Mrs. Hangka was preceded in death by her parents William Callery and Minnie 
Callery and her husband Robert Andrew Ceder and a son Thomas E. Ceder. She 
attended St. Joseph’s Private School in Bronx, New York, in 1950, and graduated 
from Cathedral High School in Manhattan with a College Entrance Diploma. She 
then worked in New York with a Telephone Company.
Survivors include three sons, Robert W. Ceder, Eric R. Ceder and Michael E. 
Ceder.
Graveside services will be private at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Norfolk, Va.
