Asbury H. Chambers, 65, a resident of Hunton YMCA who died in a hospital on May 
18, was given final rites Saturday at B. F. King Funeral Home.

Mr. Chambers was a member of Bank Street Baptist Church, and his eulogy was 
delivered by the Rev. J. B. Henderson, Bank Street pastor. Burial was in Calvary 
Cemetery.

The deceased was a Norfolk native. He retired after 22 years with the Monticello 
Hotel.

Survivors include a half sister, Mrs. Bessie J. Hall of Norfolk; and a brother, 
Charles E. Chambers of Philadelphia.
