CHAPMAN, LOUISE CROSS – At a local hospital, Saturday, Aug. 27, 1966, at 1:30 
p.m., LOUISE CROSS CHAPMAN, widow of Samuel Chapman, and daughter of the late John 
W. and Mrs. Laura Shoe Cross, in the 77th year of her age. The body will be taken 
from the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk, to Temple Baptist Church for a 
funeral service Monday at 2 p.m. Friends of the family are invited to attend. 
Interment, Elmwood Cemetery.
