Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Friday, May 19, 1995 
Mrs. Marion Miller Chappelle of the 2800 block of Marlboro Ave., died May 16,
1995 at her residence.

She was born in Norfolk, Va., and was a lifetime member of St. John's AME Church.

Surivovrs include one granddaughter, Marion Chappelle Morrison and a grandson,
Samuel Chappelle Jr., and a little great-granddaughter, Desiree Morrison; a
niece, Elsie Whitehurst Smith; nephews, David R. Whitehurst Sr., Anthony
Whitehurst of Norfolk and William Whitehurst of New York City; and a host of
relatives and friends.

A funeral will be conducted at noon Monday in St. John's AME Church by the Rev.
I.W. Knight Sr. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Graves Funeral Home is in
charge.
