Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Saturday, August 7, 1999 
Alma N. Charity of the 2900 block of Gazel St. died Aug. 4, 1999.

Born in Conway, S.C., she was a retired laundry worker from the city of Norfolk
and a member of Jerusalem Baptist Church. She was the widow of Leroy Charity.

Survivors include a stepdaughter, Jacqueline Hill of Norfolk; two sisters, Paula
Ward of Washington, D.C., and Lillie Dixon of Norfolk; two brothers, Ransom
Miller Jr. of Virginia Beach and Robert J. Miller of Conway, S.C.; three
grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Graves Funeral Home Chapel by Dr. Thomas
M. Venable. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . The family will assemble at
5424 Berry Hill Road.
