Virginian Pilot August 19, 1906

Mrs. Rosa E. Charlton, wife of Samuel N. Charlton, who had been under 
treatment at St. Vincent's hospital, died at the institution at 8 o'clock 
a.m. yesterday in the 40th year of her age.  The funeral will be held from 
the Queen Street Methodist Church at 4 o'clock this afternoon.

CHARLTON--At the St. Vincent's hospital, Saturday, August 18th, 1906, at 8 
a.m., ROSA E. CHARLTON, beloved wife of Samuel N. Charlton, aged 39 years.
The funeral will take place from the Queen Street M.E. Church, THIS (Sunday) 
AFTERNOON, August 19, at 4 o'clock.  Friends and acquaintances respectfully 
invited to attend.
