Norfolk - Timothy M. Chatman, 14, of 6240 Alexander St., a native of New 
York, died Monday in a hospital.

He was an eighth-grade student at Norview Junior High School.

Survivors include his parents, Martha Mayfield and Henry Mayfield, four 
sisters, Angela Mayfield, Tiffany Mayfield, Shelia Chatman and Janet 
Chatman, all of Norfolk; three brothers, Kenneth Chatman and Henry Chatman, 
both of Norfolk, and Reginald Chatman of Red Springs, NC; and his 
grandparents, Mary Edwards of Norfolk and Ola Mae Galbreath and Nathaniel 
Galbreath of Red Springs NC.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in First Baptist Church, 
Bolling Brook, by the Rev. Anthony Moses. Burial will be in Calvary 
Cemetery. Graves Funeral Home is in charge.

The family will be at the residence.
