Besides his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Mrs. S.J. Bray and Miss Lois Cherry; a son, Ernest Cherry; three sisters, Mrs. Ellen Whitehurst, Mrs. T.T. Moseley and Mrs. William Wilkins; seven grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Mr. Cherry was a native of Deep Creek, and had been a resident of Norfolk for 18 years and was in the employ of the city. The body will be taken from the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home to the Park Avenue Presbyterian Church for funeral services tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park.
