Virginian Pilot February 7, 1967

Charles Consolvo Cheshire Sr., 72, of 7211 Newport Ave., died Sunday in a 
hospital.
He was the husband of Mrs. Mary Alice Brownley Cheshire and a son of Edward 
Conway and Mrs. Ellen Virginia Parker Cheshire.
A Norfolk native and lifelong resident of this area, he was retired from the 
Merchant Marine.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Robert Deans of Newport News; two sons, Charles 
C. Cheshire Jr. and Ned Brownley Cheshire of Houston, Tex.; a brother, Conway 
Cheshire of Norfolk; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
The body will be taken from H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to Holy Trinity 
Catholic Church for a funeral service Thursday at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. 
Mary's Cemetery.

SR. CHESHIRE, CHARLES CONSOLVO - In a local hospital, Sunday, CHARLES CONSOLVO 
CHESHIRE SR., husband of Mrs. Mary Alice Brownley and son of the late Edward 
Conway and Mrs. Ellen Virginia Parker Cheshire, in the 73rd year of his age.  
The body will be taken from H. D. Oliver Funeral Apts. to Holy Trinity Catholic 
Church for funeral services Thursday at 10 o'clock.  Friends are invited.  
Burial, St. Mary's Cemetery.
