Walter Hanbury Church, who died January 6, died in a Norfolk hospital yesterday at 5:05 a.m. She was a native of Stockton, Md., and had been a resident of Norfolk for 52 years. She resided at 6001 Eastwood Terrace. An active church worker, she was a member of Miles Memorial Methodist Church. She was the founder of the Bible Class of the Sunday School, which was named for her. Mrs. Church, is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Edward S. Addison, of Norfolk; Miss Elizabeth N. Church, of Washington, and Mrs. William A. Racette, of Falls Church; a sister, Mrs. Ethel Seed, of Philadelphia; a brother, Everett Sharpley, of Santa Anna, Calif. and six grandchildren. The family will be at the residence of Mrs. Addison. Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home tomorrow at noon. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
