Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Sunday, August 4, 1991 
Harold L. Churchill Jr., 49, of the 1000 block of Hannah St., died Aug. 2, 1991,
in a hospital.

Mr. Churchill was born in Norfolk and had been employed with a collection
agency. He was a graduate of Norfolk State University and a former member of
First Baptist Church, Bute Street.

Survivors include his wife, Edith S. Churchill; two daughters, Tracie K.
Churchill and Nina Pittman, both of Norfolk; a son, Harold L. Churchill III of
Richmond; his mother, Viola K. Griffin, and a sister, Pamela D. Griffin, both of
Virginia Beach; a brother, James O. Churchill of Washington; and three
grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Hale Funeral Home by the Rev.
Robert G. Murray. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Friends may join the
family at 650 Baker Road, Apt. 202, Virginia Beach.
