He had resided there the last year at 1712 Riggs Ave. The son of William and Mrs. Lena Clark, he was a native of South Norfolk. He was employed in Baltimore by Sears Roebuck and Co. Besides his parents, surviving are four sisters, Miss Ella M. Clark and Mrs. Mildred Ponton, both of South Norfolk; Miss Sallie Clark and Miss Bernice Clark, both of Brooklyn, N.Y.; five brothers, Mack Clark of Chicago, Ill.; Claude R. Clark of Cincinnati, Ohio; William R. Clark, of Newport News; James S. Clark of Norfolk and Freddie Clark of New York City. The body will be brought to the Pretlow Funeral Home in Norfolk. Cornelius Sexton, pastor. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery with Pretlow's funeral Home in charge.
